As a founder and technology officer, I set up the organization from scratch, modeled after the Apache Software Foundation, and set up the initial technical direction for Open Source projects, with contributors from Stanford University, and from the USA, Brazil, and Portugal. I shut down the organization when it was realized that the non-profit business model was not sustainable with volunteers.
