** IBM SevOne SDWAN Solutions **- Designed and migrated Python-based code to Golang which overall improve the performance of the product nearly 10 times, It's from 3.3k to 30k and the main benefit is it can go even further with few configuration changes and high resource VM.- Developed a caching library in Golang that effectively caches API responses based on the provided time-to-live (TTL), optimising response times and reducing unnecessary API calls.- In addition to my development responsibilities, I was part of the escalation team, where I directly engage with customers to address their issues and provide support. This includes helping customers resolve queries related to the product and assisting them with product installations or upgrades. Which made me think more from the customer's perspective.
