I am the founder and chairman of a private pharmaceutical company called Acme Pharmaceuticals. With my background in Chemistry and passion for marketing, I started Acme in 1985 as an ethical marketing company of generic dosage forms. As I got more involved in the dynamic Indian Pharmaceutical Industry, I explored the manufacturing segment and today at Acme we manufacture a diverse portfolio of oral solid dosage forms. Our expertise lies in artificial sweeteners, having been first choice of India's leading brand- Sugar Free, for more than a decade. Being in this industry for more than three decades, I am amazed at how fast the healthcare industry has progressed and I am glad to be learning from this progress even today. I am driven by the belief that continuous learning and thorough commitment to a vision drives successful people and thereby builds successful companies. I have donned many hats in building my company such as in production, purchase, strategy, marketing, PR etc. but as the healthcare industry joins hands with technology in the current times, I continue to learn today from my colleagues and employees with a vision to facilitate great healthcare advancements at Acme.
