During my tenure, I undertook various responsibilities including:State Award Policy: Engaged in the formulation of a concept note for the state award policy, including its departmental structure, selection process, and distribution system. Program Management Unit: Coordinated with Chief Minister Fellows and Jan Seva Mitras for the effective execution of the Chief Minister Youth Internship Program. Managed the social media team, prepared success stories, coordinated orientation sessions, and designed certificates for interns.Boot Camp: Facilitated a state-level camp for 9,000 JSMs and 52 CM Fellows in Bhopal. Provided support for transportation and accommodation to district teams.War Room: Spearhead 216 active team members in the war room for data collection related to challenges in the implementation of government schemes at the ground level through direct connection with beneficiaries via phone calls. Oriented and offered strategic suggestions to team members in the CMO Bhopal.Jan Seva Mitra Recruitment Program: Managed the selection process of 150 JSMs under the CMYIP program with the District Magistrate, Sub-District Magistrate and line departments of Jhabua district.Impact Assessment study: led a survey for the Ladli Behana Yojana to assess the impact of the scheme in Jhabua district.State Vision: Proposed strategic suggestions for State Vision Document 2027 on e-governance, incorporating literature review and analysis under the leadership of advisors and the CEO of AIGGPA, Bhopal.

Engaged in the Aspirational District Collaborative Program of NITI Aayog. Spearheaded the following initiatives at district level:Buniyadi Siksha Abhiyan: Coordinated with line departments for the selection of 240 government demonstration schools, strengthening Morning Assembly, Building as Learning Aid (BALA), Bal Sansad, and Library initiatives. Oriented volunteers and teachers for baseline and end-line surveys using ASER tools aimed at enhancing Foundation Literacy and Numeracy at government schools in Malkangiri District.Public System Project: Formulated a one-month short-term PSP during my community immersion named "Saksham Balak Balika evam Mahila" (SABLA) Abhiyan. Worked towards creating a child and women-friendly panchayat with the assistance of block administration, line departments, internal and external stakeholders, PRIs, volunteers, and tribal leaders. As a result of this program, Telerai Panchayat became a child marriage-free panchayat in Kalimela Block.Mo Gaon Mo Dayitv- Led the campaign design team aimed at achieving zero dropout rates in government primary schools, involving PRIs, SMC members, and teachers in Malkangiri district.Saksham Bitiya Abhiyan: Engaged in the “adolescent girls' empowerment” program. As part of the team, oriented 2150 Anganwadi workers about Mera Yogdan Aap. Provided counseling on health and education to over 50,000 beneficiaries with the assistance of AWWs in Koraput and Malkangiri districts.Surakshit Hum Surakshit Tum Abhiyan: Played a supporting role in the COVID-19 vaccination awareness program in collaboration with NGOs, faith-based leaders, Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHA), and line departments in Koraput district.

Part of the Swachh Vidyalaya Abhiyan Project in collaboration with South-Eastern Coalfields Limited and IGNTU Amarkantak. Conducted comprehensive surveys of 120 toilets constructed under the CSR fund of SECL. Performed meticulous fieldwork and produced detailed documentation, summarized survey findings for impact evaluation and reporting.
