Singer/Songwriter/Pianist/Praise & Worship Leader/Performer/Recording Artist

My responsibilities included arranging, leading and performing praise & worship; scheduling practices and special singing for three church services per week. Also leading and performing monthly song services for nursing home residents. I was also required to attend and assist the pastor with all church functions.

Creation Windows of Indiana, Elkhart, INI was hired as a Saw Operator, and within a year became a Bending Machine Operator. I was promoted to Group Leader my third year, and in 1993 - my sixth year, I became Production Supervisor. I specialized in designing radius bending formulas for aluminum window frames, but was proficient in all facets of production in the manufacturing of radius and mitered truck -cap windows.I trained and supervised personnel for assembly line production, and maintained computer files for incentive and production reports. I was also a member of the QIT (Quality Improvement Team), and was a facilitator for the Quality Education classes for the Creation Quality College.
