In my role, I focus on leadership and program management, from scheduling and conducting Leadership Board meetings to recruiting, training, and evaluating staff, including teachers, substitute teachers, and drivers. I also oversee volunteer recruitment and appreciation initiatives, ensuring a strong and engaged team.Financially, I manage budgets, pay bills, and lead fundraising efforts, while maintaining positive program fund balances. I work closely with staff on pay and benefit concerns and manage donations, thank-you notes, and financial reports for the Leadership Board.Building relationships is key to my work, and I regularly engage with donors, volunteers, and prayer partners. I provide updates to local pastors and parachurch ministries, maintain social media accounts, and ensure our program's online presence is up to date.Operationally, I plan appreciation activities for schools and teachers, develop program policies, coordinate with school administration on class schedules, and manage student permission processes. I also ensure the learning environment is engaging, maintain classroom technology, and oversee facility and vehicle maintenance.Through a combination of leadership, relationship-building, and logistical management, I ensure the program runs smoothly and continues to grow in alignment with our mission.

Dry Bones Mud House was a specialty coffee shop that opened in 2018. Started in downtown Indianapolis at the Union 525. It finished its time in operation in New Palestine, IN.
