As a Director, I am responsible for all professional imaging product sales. This includes both Consumer and B2B sales markets. B2B markets include, Broadcast, Government, A/V Integration, HOW, Commercial, Education, Security, Sensor, and Display. I oversee the achievement of sales objectives, marketing initiatives, implementing best practices, market research and planning, and establishing relationships with key partners, resellers, integrators, and end-users.

As a Sr. Manager, I direct strategic vertical segments, including Government, Education, and Commercial markets, and Canon's global sensor business. I develop and manage the strategy for these markets, including defining sales goals, implementing best practices, market research and planning, and establishing relationships with partners, resellers, integrators, and end-users.

As a Manager, I oversaw new and existing federal and state government client accounts by building strategic relationships and advancing mutually beneficial contracting options aligned with company objectives.

As a Manager, I led both Network Video Sales and Government teams. I oversaw the development of strategic partnerships, distributors and dealers, and end-users within the security market. I aligned the government sales group with company expectations while laying a foundation for consistency and growth.

As a Manager, I spearheaded national sales efforts across six regional territories including forecasting, defining quotas, driving sales results, supporting cross-functional teams, and researching industry dynamics and competition.

In this role, I led regional sales activities by maintaining relationships with key integrators, distributors, and end-users. One of my key contributions was developing and presenting engaging product introductions, technical trainings, and business roadmap proposals for key clients.
