Developing custom signal processing and neural network algorithms to buildcircadian rhythm-based sleep stages tracker that is capable ofdistinguishing multiple stages of sleep

Worked on two major research projects under the guidance of Dr. Sebastian Fischmeister and Dr. Borzoo Bonakdarpour.1) Runtime Verication with Controllable Time Predictability and Memory Utilization 2) Reducing Monitoring Overhead by Integrating Event- and Time-triggered TechniquesWork done in both projects was published by respected publishers in the field.

As a TA for ECE155-Engineering Design with Embedded Systems, I delivered tutorial for assignments, marked and proctored exams.

Under the supervision of Dr. Sebastian Fischmeister I worked on research project "Reducing Overhead of Sampling-based Execution Monitoring Technique". In this project I evaluated expressiveness of didifferent software marking/instrumentation schemes: Single Increment, Multiple Increment, Assignment, and Bit vector. I also formulated the failure conditions of these schemes. This work resulted into the development of an efficient debugging and tracing technique with lower overheads. Work got published in 2011 at LCTES.

During this software development project my work consisted of debugged and extended the existing automation software for Stores & Purchase section of IITG. During this project I also designed consistent database schema with minimum redundancy for the department.
