• Ensuring QHSE documents (Manual, Procedure, WI & Forms) are effectively, developed, established, implemented and adhered to in accordance to the applicable standards. • Fulfil HSE roles pertaining to emergency response, risk assessment and safety committee.• Monitoring and updating the QMS as per the latest edition of applicable systems and products standards. • Perform, support and back up inspection and report reviewing activities.• Communicating the QMS requirements and updates to the affected functions. • Ensuring initiation of action(s) to minimize the likelihood of the occurrence of nonconformities.• Implement improvement initiatives to enhance QHSE, productivity and efficiency while constantly reviewing and monitoring the outcome of the implementation. • Ensure all the NCR/CAPA are timely reported, closed and measure the effectiveness of the implemented actions • Monitoring and updating the Quality and HSE management system as per the latest edition of applicable specifications and products standards.• Communicating the QHSE requirements and updates to the affected functions and individuals.• Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. • Ensure that operations within his area of responsibilities are in accordance with the QHSE policy and objectives.• Providing regular QMS training to all the employees • Planning and organizing annual internal audits.• Conducting Management Review Meeting. • Coordinating API and customer audits & ensuring effective actions on the findings raised during the audits. • Cultivating Quality culture in the organization.• Communicating the status of the Quality KPIs applicable for the department, to the Operation Manager. • Analyse and evaluate all the data and information arising from monitoring and measurement, to the Operation Manager.• Implement and ensure HSE requirements were met inside the work premises
