Worked with Georgia development team to create and implement short and long-range plans to meet budgeted goals of the chapter within our assigned local geographic area, serving 17 counties in the CSRA. Attained and exceeded annual fundraising goals in order to meet all Strategic Plan initiatives. Collaborated with the VP of Finance and VP of Development to establish annual budgets and fundraising goals. Built on chapter’s existing programs and identified new resources for local chapter needs. Responsible for building and maintaining strong donor and board relationships. Created and implemented all local public relations and marketing communication strategies via newsletters, fact sheets, television, broadcast and social media. Recruited, trained and supervised volunteers and other staff liaison within the community. Assist in the creation of communications programs that describe and promote the organization and its products including graphics, brochures, company and product fact sheets, product bulletins, logos, and other promotional products. Manage the creation and publication of the E-Z-GO Eagle, the company newsletter distributed worldwide. Participate in the development and execution of processes to support communication efforts in the following areas: internal communications, marketing communications, dealer and customer communications, Co-op advertising, Hole-in-One Marketing program, website administration, as well as involvement in launching the Textron Portal Enterprise. Managed community involvement and company programs such ‘Team E-Z-GO’ employee initiatives, the Masters Hospitality House, Boys and Girls Golf Classic as well as new product launch and customer focus groups. Assist the E-Z-GO Sales team, branches, distributors and dealers in the creation and production of fleet golf car logos and other signage utilizing artwork, sketches, verbal or written concepts for approval by end user or customer. Software packages utilized for graphic design include: Publisher, Composer, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photo Shop, and Adobe CS2. Fundraising Software utilized: Kintera, BlackBaud, and Convio.
