Provide integrated marketing and communications support to a portfolio of Teach For America regions across the country. Working with local organizational leaders, I develop a cross-channel communications strategy a sources stories that defines and promotes that impact of Teach For America in their local communities.

Developed and executed integrated cross-channel marketing and communications plan for regional team including social media, earned media, and branding.As the in-house art director I designed print and digital products (mass email campaigns, fundraising collateral, slide decks, annual reports, event invitations, and apparel) for donors, program participants, community partners, and staff. I also served as a culture and communications consultant for various cross-functional leadership teams leading to the development of communications strategies improving participant satisfaction by 24% in one year.

Launched region’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram) building the largest Instagram audience amongst all Teach For America regions.Standardized regional communication systems across all functional teams for all audiences.Collaborated with a local creative agency to develop an external-facing regional website in WordPress.

Laterally managed a team of thirty staff members to matriculate 200 first year-teachers, the largest cohort in region’s history.Strengthen local certification partnerships with schools, districts and the State Board of Education and streamlined participant data management and communication.

Selected from a highly competitive pool to join national teacher corps and committed to two years of teaching in a low-income community.

• Completed five-month market research consultancy utilizing several data collection methods such as telephone interviews, in person interviews, paper surveys, and street surveys.• Analyzed both qualitative and quantitative data to develop solutions to the Auxiliary’s low awareness problem.• Co-authored an extensive report including results of findings and several recommendations to the Auxiliary on how to create higher awareness of the program within the community.
