Products I have worked on include:o NICE Inform – An on-premise client-server application used by Public Safety agencies for the retrieval of multimedia recordings and incident reconstruction. Written in C# and utilising WPF, WinForms, WCF and .NET Remoting.o NICE Inform Intelligence Center – A dashboard application allowing PSAP managers to monitor call and incident statistics. Utilising an Elasticsearch backend with Kibana frontend and several supporting Windows Services written in C# with MSMQ for inter-service communication. Also includes several WPF applications for configuration/maintenance and WiX with PowerShell scripts for automated installation.o NICE Investigate Data Source Gateway – A backend service written in C# for retrieving data from 3rd party sources such as CAD systems, Body Worn Video, and audio recorders and storing in an Elasticsearch cluster for use with NICE Inform Intelligence Center or NICE’s Investigate digital evidence management solution.
