• Lead digital transformation of key financial processes, including forecasting, planning, and month-end analysis, in close collaboration with key stakeholders.• Innovate new capabilities and tools for analysis and reporting, improve in quality of information, enhance efficiency, and align how data is extracted/used.• Partner with stakeholders to gather finance requirements and coordinate with IT team overseeing data warehouse integration for effective delivery.• Conduct ad-hoc specialised analyses aimed at delivering insights and recommendations to enhance business performance, with a particular emphasis on leveraging data and digitalisation strategies.

• Commercial and financial analysis of all new business and provide insights which identify risk and opportunities• Develop and present new partner financial models for each new partner opportunity• Optimise service performance for new and existing business through implementation of initiatives and financial modelling• Provide commercial support to projects and business development for new opportunities from initial engagement to implementation

• Commercial analysis to aid decision support to GM and thirteen business managers• Analysis of performance to identify cost savings and growth initiatives• Identify, analyse and report on key drivers of financial performance• Coordinate monthly and yearly business budget and forecast• Development of reporting dashboards, identifying the customer journey and provide behavioural insights• Recommend and implement process improvements across existing and new businesses• Analytical and commercial support for new business acquisitions• Engagement of yearly audit and financial statement preparation• P&L, balance sheet review, analysis and commentary

• Preparation of the group’s consolidated statutory accounts• Supervise the group month-end/year-end process• Preparation of financial reports for management and shareholders• Approval and authorisation of group bank payments• Completion of monthly and quarterly BAS requirements• Fulfilment of audit enquiries, requests and compliance• Provide ad-hoc support to the CFO and divisional FC’s as required• Assist management in the due diligence process of new business acquisitions or sale

• Management of the group fixed assets register• Prepare the group monthly management report pack• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations• Provide ad-hoc reporting for the financial controller• Complete daily bank reconciliations• Assist group and financial accountant in month-end and year-end process
