I work as part of the R&D Engineering Department within Corsair. Working closely with various internal leaders, I work to champion internal change projects that impact a team of around 150 members.Most recently, I have led the charge to transition internal business processes to JIRA Software. I perform a variety of functions for the implementation of JIRA, such as: project management of the implementation of new processes/enhancements with internal stakeholders, budgeting for certain JIRA enhancements or add-ons, and prioritization of requests from end-users or stakeholders.I have also facilitated process improvement workshops attended by the VP of R&D Engineering and direct reports. The purpose of these improvement workshops are to brainstorm ideas for improvements for the product development process and then convert these ideas into actionable projects.

• Support an enterprise change management project of implementing a portfolio and program management software tool, Planisware, to assist with new product introduction• Assisted Corporate Program Manager with the high-level standardization of corporate program management’s stage and gate process, in order to fit with industry standards and out-of-box Planisware capabilities• Identify new areas of the product life cycle where the tool can be utilized; presented business process recommendations for risk analysis process within Planisware to the Vice President of Corporate Program Management• Created and documented new business processes required for data integration of financial data within Planisware, and gained approval of the high-level process with the Finance and IT Directors• Designed standardized configurations within the tool for users based their various roles within the company, and ease of use; provide continuous support to the user community through various gap analysis meetings to check for configuration updates• Developed framework and infrastructure for proposed administrative team that supports Planisware long-term within the company; framework includes administrative duties, team composition, and adoption plans for new departments• Created standardized validation process and plan for Planisware tool when software requires a version upgrade, or data migration from a SaaS environment to an on premise environment• Created and presented training material to user community to demonstrate value to the user and ease of use • Work closely with Asia team to ensure that business processes and training material are communicated effectively to team

I manage an educational program for 4th-6th grade students in the STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). I plan and support outreach events for educational programs and opportunities at NASA Ames. In addition, I identify, plan, and conduct quality and efficiency improvement projects for the Education and Public Outreach Office.

As a Peer Mentor, I assist students with any questions they have pertaining to the college experience. I have served as a Team Leader, in charge of managing the workshops for the program on campus. Furthermore, I have recently been tasked with creating and implementing new data collection methods, in addition to analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data.
