Lead a multi-layered team of 25 including Merchandising Info Analysts, responsible for product line data for 16 unique country lines; Pricing, responsible for consumer and business-right pricing in all local currencies; and Process, responsible for how and when the work got done within our APLA Merchandising Organization of 100+ Merchants and cross-functional partners. This included calendar, tools, execution of key seasonal meetings and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. I also served as Chief of Staff within our APLA Merchandising Leadership Team, prioritizing topics for key meetings, driving rollout of change initiatives, owning team offsites, events and all-hands meetings and tracking key business metrics for our entire Merchandising organization.

Led the APLA Process Excellence Team within Merchandising Operations, responsible for ideating, aligning and implementing process and tool evolutions for our Geo & Territory Merchandising organization. I evolved the role over time from a team of two, focused primarily on systems, to a team of five focused on the holistic Merchandising process, tools and cross-functional dependencies, focused on ongoing improvement grounded in team feedback.While in this role, I reengineered our Geo seasonal process, tools and calendar to shepherd the team through major reorgs, providing clarity on transition plans, new timelines and operating procedures for line planning, assortment creation, pricing and data management, and new ways of working across teams.I launched and trained the team on new enterprise assortment creation tool, establishing best-in-class user adoption, training refresh cadence subject matter expert engagement.

During this time I held multiple Merchandising Director roles. As Director of Amplify Women's Merchandising, I ensured cross-category and cross-functional alignment against seasonal strategy and assortments for the Women’s business across Women’s Fitness, Running and Lifestyle. As Director of Brand Merchandising, I established a new function within the EM Merchandising team, responsible for looking at the holistic Merchandising plans across all categories to identify gaps and redundancies in the product line and ensure consistent pricing construct across the full product offering.As Merchandising Director for Multi-Performance Apparel,I led the EM Multi-Performance Apparel Merchandising Team overseeing Running, Women’s Training, Tennis and Accessories, delivering growth outpacing the total business, and was tapped to captain cross-category assortment planning for the 2012 Summer Olympics.
