As I quickly developed a passion for the concept / product I embraced additional roles (i.e. Sales Manager), responsibilities and focused all energy to providing both the company and it's clients an unmatched experience. My milestones at O+ include: Design, direction and continued maintenance of the O+ network of websites and social media. The focus being on brand identity and conveying the product's value proposition. Ensuring O+ was a transparent brand, easy to engage and informative. I continue to manage the culture and overall posture of O+'s customer service and engagement.Expansion of O+ brand recognition by producing video content (instructional, testimonial, Informational and Product showcases). Consumer / Product interaction by way of vehicle-specific event planning (determined how to separate "attending an event as a vendor vs being an attraction at an event"). Conception, design and creation of marketing and POS (Point of Sale) collateral both for Retail, Wholesale and Dealership (Primarily Toyota/Scion). As a result of my involvement with both the Marketing and Sales arms of O+ I am honored to have had the privilege to work alongside several Toyota/Scion team members in the Corporate, Regional and Dealership (Sales, Service and Parts Dept.) setting. Direct Response Medicine (DRM) develops revolutionary touch-enabled communication and universal workflow solutions for healthcare.Served as in-house Videographer for all promotional, instructional and conceptual videos for both a domestic and international audience. Responsible for all writing, producing, optimization and retention of media for distribution for DRM's network of healthcare professionals. Content produced was utilized in several private practice medical offices for patient check in, check out and stream-lined charting for doctor and staff.
