Associate Director, Datacenter Implementation
Current*Secure buy-in from peers and stakeholders Design and implement datacenter technologies for Enterprise IT across four enterprise locations*Supervise 17 direct reports in different states separated by multiple time zones*Oversee progress of large teams in completing projects of medium or high complexity*Deliver project status updates, planning workflows that detail user involvement *Foster and sustain working relationships with other Managers, supervisees, peers, departments and clients*Ensure projects adhere to systems lifecycle protocols; make adjustments to manage projects as they progress using IT resources from other areas *Staff projects effectively per predetermined standards; suggest improvements to project plans *Manage IT budget standards within respective area of responsibility*Prepare weekly reports to keep upper management apprised of project/business status; keep projects current for reporting purposes*Monitor and control production systems using operational procedures to maximize systems availability and efficiency; swiftly resolve production support issues *Generate Client Service Requests (CSRs) as needed; achieve objectives to control or alleviate production support within assigned systems*Inspire, coach and train staff to maximize productivity and encourage professional development; assess employee performance consistently per company policy*Developed and currently manage a strong Network Architecture environment scaled for long-term enterprise use and constructed with strategic network delivery in mind*Formulate and present high-ROI business cases including new strategies and upgrades for senior management review*Adhere at all times to SOX guidelines in working with vendors to complete infrastructure build-outs using the Owens Corning infrastructure*Deploy actionable solutions across a series of multimillion-dollar projects
