PQH Single Special Liquidation S.A., jointly owned by PwC Business Solutions S.A., Qualco S.A., and Hoist Kredit Aktiebolag, is the appointed Single Liquidator by the Bank of Greece for 16 Financial Institutions under liquidation in Greece.Responsibilities:• Collaborated within a 4-member team to develop the Asset Recovery Plan (ARP), outlining the recovery strategy for Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) with a total exposure of approximately €10 billion, which was reviewed and approved by the Bank of Greece.• Designed a financial tool to assess the viability of corporate debtors.• Supported the CFO in preparing the FY2017 budget.• Conducted various ad-hoc analyses of the non-performing loans portfolio in close coordination with the management team.• Assisted the management team in formulating the company’s liquidation policy for non-performing exposures.• Analyzed Real Estate Owned (REO) properties and contributed to preparing the first bundle of real estate properties for sale within FY2017.• Facilitated the segmentation of the corporate portfolio using the Stars & Zombies methodology (an internal credit rating system for corporate debtors) for monitoring and targeting purposes.
