• Develop electrical and general engineering solutions to support design, fabrication, and testing of wave energy converters (WEC) representing $10M of Navy/DOE funding • Designed $10K+ power circuits for WEC devices using Pspice software• Oversaw electrical infrastructure maintenance/upgrades at US Navy Wave Energy Test Site• Assist with contract oversight related to electrical and data infrastructure• Support laboratory and Field testing of WECs to determine efficiency and proof of concepts• Assist with ocean deployments of various ocean monitoring devices to track wave conditions (height, period, direction) as well as implementation of subsea acoustic monitoring devices• Conduct at sea ROV inspections of various devices and moorings at depths of 30, 60, and 80 m

• Managed technician team corrective and preventative repair jobs of 8 submarine subsystems• Scheduled regular and situational repair, as well as ordered and managed $100K+ of parts • Coordinated with 6 maintenance teams to repair or maintain electromechanical systems• Oversaw electrical systems such as low to medium voltage (0-1kv), IMU navigation, life support (Atmosphere Monitoring), and electromechanical valves• Trained 5 junior personnel on submarine operations, maintenance, and electrical system repair• Held active TS/SCI Clearance through duration of work on submarine electrical systems
