Electric Funstuff takes great game design principles and applies them to products with educational outcomes. We understand that every learning objective needs to be thought through and that one interaction does not fit all. We care deeply about quality and serving the teachers and students who play our work. And we've been around a while, so I like to think we're doing something right.

We started Hats & Ladders to help re-imagine career education. Building off twenty years of developing award-winning educational games and interactive experiences, we created a mobile platform designed to motivate young people to explore, experiment with, and prepare for a wide range of career pathways.Hats & Ladders is honored to have won the grand prize in the U.S. Department of Education’s Reach Higher Career App Challenge—a White House initiative led by First Lady Michelle Obama to empower young people to take control of their futures and complete their education beyond high school.

Developed internal and external partnerships for The Scholastic Network, a subscription-based online service for classrooms on AOL and the web. Also created operational procedures for technical support and customer service.

Conceptualized, pitched and produced magazines, newsletters and books based on the content of the parent magazine that could be sponsored by companies seeking to reach the small business and home office market. Created the first sponsored site to ever appear on AOL (a very small claim to fame... or infamy).
