Managing and maintaining of Operations: Online Banking, Quick Bank Line, Paytraxx, Aggregation, eStatements and Business Telephone Banking features. Maintain a Disaster Recovery plan, Operational Manuals, work with Systems and outside vendors on Product Development for Web Site & QBL, communicate all application and system updates, Monitor any Reg-E Issues, research and resolve Customer issues. Also provide a friendly, educated and timely service to both our internal and external Customers.

Open & process new accounts, assist w/teller balancing, differences and recovering losses. Alerting employees to updates of policy, procedures and daily changes within the bank.

Maintain high level of Customer Service, resolve Customer inquiries, hire/train new Employees, developed Branch and Employee Manuals, delegated the daily Branch operation of activities.
