KTX Insurance Brokers LTD is the main brokerage that handles inbound client's routed from Kanetix.ca. My position within the company is to assess and underwrite potential new business clients for our partners. Tasks include:- Underwrite a variety of property risks including single family dwellings, condos, revenue condos, multi-family homes etc. - Accurately obtain pertinent information to underwrite the risk, including any lien/lease against the home, building materials, sources of heat, updates/upgrades to wiring, plumbing, roof etc.- Determine replacement building costs for property risks- Accurately capture details of client's existing property
