People ask me all the time, "What is the secret to your success?" It is way simpler than you might think. You see, over the last 10 years with my employment at I.C.E. I have earned the Top Producer award for my department by bringing in more than 3 million dollars in gross annual sales consistently year after year. You might be asking, Are you some super sales guru? No, I am no guru. However, I live by the motto, Treat people the way you want to be treated. I am a very laidback, caring, and compassionate person. I have a passion for providing excellent service to my clients, my role as a provider, and the daily challenges that I am faced with. I believe in helping others that are less fortunate than I am. I demonstrate this by donating my time and money to several charities that improve the way of lives through education, rehabilitation, and conservation. I also love building strong meaningful relationships with my clients and friends. In between saving the world and keeping the lights on for the company, I love to ride my mountain bike around various trails and boardwalks. I get so much joy putting my creative mind to work when I am out riding. I have time to reflect on the people in my life, the relationships that I forge, and I get to reflect on different situations that came up and replay them in my mind to see if I could have handled them better. Another key to my success, I am an excellent listener, note taker, and communicator. I devote 100% of my attention to my client’s needs and wants. I am mindful of the words I use. Nobody likes the word "no" and therefore, I try not to use it at all. I also make sure that when I am answering a question they are getting the correct information the first time.
