Daymyen Tyler Layne is a seasoned leader and educator with over 20 years of experience in business and higher education, specializing in organizational development, executive coaching, and strategic planning. He is the founder and CEO of The Layne Group, a consulting firm that helps organizations enhance their performance, culture, and impact through a lens of emotional intelligence.He also serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at The Hotchkiss School, a prestigious boarding school in Connecticut. In this role, he develops, executes, and benchmarks workshops and trainings focused on diversity, justice, social identity development, cultural competence, and advocacy for students, faculty, staff, and alumni. He is responsible for creating and implementing programs, experiences, services, and strategies that foster student retention, promote a student-centered campus environment, and enrich the overall student experience at The Hotchkiss School.
