* Manage a 23-bed ICU with 81 FTE, Services include CV surgery, ECMO, Neurosurgery, and medical/ surgical ICU care. * Managed a 4 FTE Rapid Response Nurse Team * Built three temporary ICUs to accommodate the needs of the COVID-19 pandemic* Hired more than 50 agency nurses to maintain state staffing ratios * Developed a nurse ECMO specialist program leading to a cost saving greater than $600,000 over a year. * Mentored nine clinical supervisors in leadership, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills * Implemented the A through F ICU Liberation Bundle leading to decreased length of stays * Collaborated with the Professional Development Team to obtain the Practice Transition Accreditation Program® from the ©American Nurses Credentialing Center* Advised and implemented a clinical ladder for nurses in collaboration with nursing-shared governance * Provided management coverage for the emergency room, progressive care unit, and staffing office on a an as-needed basis
