Presently, my position focuses on leveraging my in-depth knowledge of large-scale commercial construction and private defense companies, as well as small and medium businesses, to conduct analysis of processes and implement improvements that positioned organizations to achieve strategic goals. I work remotely and often travel in order to execute business process consulting, cloud migration, and networking projects. Additionally, I collaborate closely with senior executives, interviewing staff members across company lines to gather the necessary information to create a visual representation of company functions used for analysis and decision making by internal teams.Selected Accomplishments• Slashed costs for large-scale construction firm by streamlining 10+ software programs into a single unified platform while also enhancing business continuity, disaster recovery, and cloud migration through advising and development of comprehensive strategy.• Simplified and unified accounting processes for large-scale construction company by collaborating cross-functionally to streamline methods used for approvals and processing payments.• Identified opportunities for custom software solutions by collaborating closely with senior leadership to pinpoint strategies for simplifying the flow of data between business units, including providing business intelligence reporting.

In this Director role, I guided high-profile design projects for high profile technology and broadcast clients and well-known real-estate developers while managing internal efforts to transition 100+ architects to Revit, providing guidance on how they delivered their product and interacted with technology. I designed and implemented all BIM standards and content, before eventually shifting focus towards leading IT improvements in 2014. I was able to successfully strengthen HLW’s position as a technological leader, establishing relationships with vendors and service providers while also managing a $1.5M budget and an 8-member global staff. Selected Accomplishments• Led organization through major industry software shift from AutoCAD to Revit.• Rebuilt IT department with new staff and systems. Created new strategies, policies and procedures, and job descriptions/hierarchies.• Guided cloud migration and disaster recovery/business continuity project that involved migrating five international sites to the cloud, implementing multi-site file sharing and synchronization, and providing on-demand file recovery.• Increased employee satisfaction and productivity by overhauling helpdesk procedures to allow for on-demand, 24/7 support for all offices and increasing automated self-service options.• Implemented systems that enhanced operations, including project information management system used by all employees and intranet/knowledge-sharing platform.• Developed digital design studio focused on leveraging cutting-edge design tools, including virtual reality, parametric and generative modelling, and advanced environmental analysis.• Assisted in strategic planning for 111 8th Avenue, New York, a 3.14M sq. ft. building. Designed 3D building model that allowed decision-makers to visualize leasing data for strategic decision making.• Served as Designer and BIM lead on URL Jersey City, a 90-story residential tower in Jersey City, NJ and the second-tallest building in NJ.
