As Executive Officer, I helped the Executive Director, Engagement and Advancement initiate and deliver a range of strategic change projects, communications and engagement activities.

Supporting the Centre's communications team with their internal and digital communications across a suite of project and policy initiatives.

During which I implemented Victoria's first statewide Aboriginal foster care recruitment campaign, managed statewide advertising and media planning, developed innovative experiential marketing programs, and launched the new Fostering Connections website. I also facilitated unprecedented collaboration between cross-organisational foster care marketing teams.

I managed the rollout of a statewide training program for residential care professionals in collaboration with the Department of Health and Human Services, The Department of Education and Melbourne Polytechnic, directing program process improvement and managing internal stakeholder communications. I was the Centre's representative on the project steering committee, providing updates on milestones achieved toward a tight project deadline.

During my time as Senior Project Coordinator, I facilitated innovative process change across 25 foster care agencies statewide, including the rollout of a new statewide Client Management System. I developed customised training modules and user guides, and managed internal stakeholder communications. I also supported the Project Manager in the recruitment, training and direction of staff in their daily tasks.

As a co-founder of the Rag and Bone Man Press, I helped edit, market and launch life-writing anthologies on homelessness, emigration, mental health and LGBTIQ+ history. Our books were reviewed by The Age, Readings Online and Dumbo Feather and endorsed by notable Australian figures including Benjamin Law, Alice Pung and Bob Brown.
