I served as the “connective tissue” between the university, the students, and OhioHealth Personnel. The students used an Agile approach to complete the project objectives. My role involved educating the students on Agile process and methodology, coordinating Product owner work with the students, coaching students on writing personas and user stories, and coordinating work with technical team members for system understanding and technical questions. Also worked with UD faculty to ensure our activities were in synch with course requirements and expectations. This workflow/dashboard is expected to reduce demand time by 15-20% and deliver a charter to a project manager to reduce project assignment to project kickoff by 50% (10 days to 5 days).
