Provided solutions and informal training to over 700 local and international engineers involved in tire operations. Worked with vendors to configure and troubleshoot systems critical to tire testing and manufacturing. Assisted team members with organizing and establishing process documentation during transition to ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) service management practices.

Responsible for the deployment, removal, and support of IT assets as they are procured and/or removed from service.

Program that allows students to gain early experience providing IT and computer services to faculty and other students within the school district. Duties included (but not limited to): basic support, A/V solutions, networking, and technology preservation.
