Support Toyota's objective to provide leadership and innovation in the areas of building design/construction and development/maintenance of building related standards. •Provide leadership for North American manufacturing refurbishment strategies and programs across 14 sites •Manage in excess of $200M/year in capital budget for plant construction projects while ensuring quality and safety KPI's are met •Subject Matter Expert and technical support for industrial buildings and related systems •Responsible for managing, training and developing a staff of approximately 20 members •Create short and long term resource and manpower plans to meet anticipated project workload •Create and develop business plans to include long-term refurbishment strategy for North American plants •Experience developing project management systems •Experience creating and implementing mid to long term department level strategies

• Advance Sustainability Plans to meet Toyota 2050 Sustainability Target of Zero C02 emissions• Plan and manage Environmental Agency approvals for all Production Engineering Projects (Pre-study/Plan/Permit/Site Management/Compliance Certification)• Manage development of Environmental Systems and Standards• Oversee Monitoring/Comment/Impact Analysis of Regulatory issues impacting Production Engineering while developing countermeasures to limit impact• Organize the tracking/reporting on Stationary source rule development

• Spearheaded the construction of state of the art offices and testing facilities across Michigan and Kentucky • Total value of the project was nearly $200 million and 800,000 SQFT• Developed Sustainability Plan to achieve LEED Platinum certification and determined roadmap to NetZero energy and water• Revolutionized Toyota's workspace into one of the most flexible and innovative workspaces in America• Managed team of over 30 architects, engineers, facility planners and construction managers from site selection through occupancy

• Operations Manager: Lead eight engineers and facility planners to support 2M SQFT North American R&D operations with over 70 projects per year totaling $11M: dynamometer, test cells, environmental chambers, bridge cranes, building equipment replacement, energy reduction projects (~3% electricity/water reduction per year), building renovations• Capital Budget Control: Determine viability and justify North American Capital Budget Request for 14 Plants. Track, plan and manage 270 individual request totaling $70M
