Led the State Net business as GM, providing legislative and regulatory tracking software to government affairs and regulatory compliance customers. I returned the $##M business to revenue growth, and grew NPS by 150%. Led overhauls of product, pricing and packaging, marketing, and selling and customer support systems.

Following Lexis's acquisition of Ravel in 2017, we integrated our products, machine learning algorithms, and culture. We outperformed our revenue growth targets by millions of dollars.

I founded Ravel to bring a data-driven approach to legal research, and we invented legal analytics that help lawyers understand how judges rule. To achieve our vision we partnered with Harvard Law School to create the first public, digital collection of American caselaw.
