This position involves site-civil stormwater design, project management, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, and deep regulatory knowledge. I work with civil engineers in Oregon and Clark County as a technical resource. I often enjoy traveling to work sessions or to give technical presentations covering anything from creative stormwater design to meeting jurisdiction-specific regulations, often incorporating Contech's unique set of tools and design methods.

Oregon State University Associate Volunteer Engineer
The opportunity to pursue this project was awarded to our senior design team through a grant for full scale implementation of capstone design project in Ghana. I represented the team personally and built & installed a fully-automated, self-regulating, solar-powered aquaculture aeration system in Kumasi in August 2016. Full scale research, development, and design of this aeration system for use in Tilapia aquaculture ponds in the rural tropics of Africa was conducted during 2015/2016 school year. The final system incorporated the use of diffused aeration powered by photo-voltaic cells and controlled by an Arduino microcontroller. Intern: Agriculture And Community Outreach
Worked on the seeding and harvesting of most crops on a half acre, organic, no-till farm. Was responsible for understanding irrigation lines and working with organic biological pesticides.Produced a promotional 30 minute video and a speech at the 2011 Farm-to-School banquet for the West Linn/Wilsonville School District superintendent.
