Sadara is a multi-billion dollar joint venture between Dow and Saudi Aramco, which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Jubail Industrial City II, in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Primary responsibilities include working with and directing an 11 member team in the definition and documentation of business requirements, production of the bid package, evaluation of the vendor and proposal selection.
