At The Point, I led a staff of fourteen and a volunteer force of over five-hundred. During my tenure, The Point grew from a few hundred in one location to over two-thousand people who call The Point their "home” in multiple locations. We also launched an aggressive online experience in 2015 that has grown to several thousand each week. We operated a budget of $2.6M in 2021, and over $12M in assets.
