I am currently Founder and CEO at Starport, a marketplace and transaction platform for specialty mortgages. Starport does two things. First, we help mortgage professionals and their organizations monetize every deal by making it simple and easy to offer an expanded range of specialty loan products. Second, we provide a technology platform that streamlines the origination process so originators can make and keep more money. We offer both with no out of pocket cost to the originator. I'm an innovation executive with 20+ years' experience at the intersection of finance, technology, and real estate. Previously, I had a dual role as Head of Product Development and Real Estate Transactions at Big Data and analytics company Credifi. I spend a lot of time with real estate investors, mortgage originators, and lenders at the their most senior levels. These are Starport's customers. I listen to their business needs and help them understand how to leverage our specialty mortgage exchange platform to monetize more deals with higher ROI.Previously, I was a senior strategy leader at fintech powerhouse, iCapital Network and founder of the proptech pioneer Globerex, the first real estate investment crowdfunding platform in the US. In these roles, I focused on turning visionary ideas into operating companies that changed established industries.
