As a RAVEN Concierge, I welcome opportunities to help educate our Customers (such as McDonald’s, Five Guys, and Panera Bread – Owner Operator/ Franchisee) on the full functionality their RAVEN (DVR) can provide. My goal is to help each client learn how to obtain all of the appropriate reports from their RAVEN, so they receive full value out of their system. I ensure that both the Customer and their Team are fully trained on all aspects of the unit. As the liaison between our Sales Team and Customers – I provide assistance with any questions regarding contracts, cameras, reports, installations and/or work orders. Installed and supported over 100 PCs to network, connected to ISerie/I5/AS/400 and servers. Set-up and maintained over 75 various printers using CAT5 and wireless printservers. Acted as help desk to all users, local and remote using Dameware software. Built and repaired computers. Installed Microsoft O/S, Office, and specialty software. Responsible for inventory at local and remote locations, which consisted of heads, cranks, engines, blocks and WIP. Maintained phone system, scanning guns, and purchased new equipment. Worked directly with IT Director and company owners.

Installed terminals, and printers using System36. Trained users in new Order Entry, Payroll, A/R, A/P software. Upgraded system to AS/400, assisted in conversion. Maintained all hardware connected to AS/400. Set-up remote location in New York, for corporate office to remotely access AS/400 in Philadelphia.Set-up remote sales locations in Boston, Dallas, Atlanta and trained staff to use Order Entry software on AS/400.
