My intent is to build and strengthen relationships with clients and to bridge the gap of misunderstanding by promoting autonomy and independence. In schools, I collaborate with school staff (teachers, admin, SLPs, BCBAS) to provide behavior management in classrooms and teach and replace behaviors that function as barriers from being successful. My afternoons I travel and provide in-home services where I work towards improving the quality of life for clients while teaching families how to respond through the practice and implementation of behavior skills training.
