Worked on a number of projects, some built from the ground up using various technology stacks. Projects included a configurable BI dashboard tool, social media platform, CRM integration, payment processing integration, visitor management system, budgeting/billing reconciliation tools, logistics management platform, and several others. Technology stacks that were used varied depending on project, - Vue 2 / Vuetify 2 - Javascript / Typescript- PHP- ASP.NET- .NET Core (including Entity Framework)- Python- SQL stored procedures and triggers (T-SQL, MySQL)Also organized various events (company sponsored, and extra-curricular), such as board game nights, movie nights, company camping trips, after-hours restaurant outings, and software lessons for support personnel

The work involved with this position had me wearing several hats and fulfilling numerous roles for various departments. First and foremost my responsibilities were to the clients, involving anything from T1 to T3 support, ranging from simple password resets, to code changes to their solutions, to preparing SQL scripts for large configuration changes. This was organized through support tickets, to which I and my team (3 people, including myself) supported 60+ clients over 200+ active tickets at any given moment. My proficiency in this work afforded me some additional opportunities as a subject matter expert:- Traveling to the Vancouver office to train new support personnel- Creating documentation for various processes and proprietary knowledge- Writing release notes for core releases on a bi-weekly basis- Pitching ideas and writing business cases for tools that would improve the team's (and company's) efficiency- Performing BA tasks such as providing training to clients and requirements gathering- Gathering statistics and metrics on tickets and clients for management

My job was dedicated support for Bing Maps APIs (essentially anything listed under here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd877180.aspx). This job consists of assisting Microsoft's customers with debugging their code, creating and presenting solutions and workarounds for the customer, investigating issues with the various web services, reading network captures to presenting key details to the Operations Team, some data entry, creating reports for the product group outlining the symptoms of reported bugs, assisting the sales and account teams with various inquiries, and so on.
