David is Chairman of Hall Chadwick National. He was one of the founding Partners/Directors of Hall Chadwick Melbourne where he led the firm's Audit & Assurance practice as well as looking after accounting services and tax clients. His specialities included audit, Sox compliance audits, taxation and accounting services engagements covering smaller family businesses to larger commercial operations and government clients. David is a highly regarded and respected accounting professional and community leader. His involvement in the NFP sector has included engagements across the Asia Pacific region to undertake extensive reviews and internal control implementation and review projects to ensure the client organisation has moved towards operational best practice. He was an integral part of the Hall Chadwick Melbourne International Inbound team,travels regularly across the world and has spent the last ten years building business relationships in India and Vietnam.David was one of the original CPA accredited Peer Reviewers in Australia, was a Registered Company and Superannuation Fund Auditor. He was also part of the Melbourne Sox 404 compliance team. David had represented the firm on the Victorian Auditor General's Panel of Approved Audit firms. He is a life member of the Sarbanes Oxley Compliance Professionals Association. He was a Registered Tax Agent, Professional Fellow of CPA and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.
