This service includes the following; core infrastructure operations, SAP Basis engineering, SAP environment mgmt, SAP Security, network WAN/LAN mgmt, data center operations, enterpise db environments, enterprise storage and backup systems, application support, telephony systems, enterprise host systems (virtual and physical), DRP/BCP, private/public cloud services, enterprise messaging systems , Capex and Opex budget mgmt, IT strategy and IT vendor management (including offshore and onshore resources).
