2015 - Present. Ericsson 5G RAN Management, developing the management standards, architecture and solutions to support the roll out of Ericsson's 5G Radio Network Services from now to 20252013 - 2015 Ericsson Domain Management portfolio strategy team. Portfolio level studies and strategies across the Ericsson Domain Management suite.2009 - 2013 Systems responsible for Performance Management area in the Ericsson OSS covering WCDMA, LTE and EPC.Managed all relevant OSS-RC issues related to performance management from the networks: identified and resolved issues related to characteristics and performance on the OSS and on the network.2005 - 2009: Systems Manager for the Ericsson RNC covering Architecture, Hardware and O&M related studies.2001 - 2005: Systems Responsible for the RXI Node in the Ericsson WRAN.

Managed a team of 3 IT professionals which engineered the implementation of all IS/IT infrastructure, across 3 locations, creating an international VPN for the company.Inaugurated the complete re-design of initial prototype of a call centre interaction product ‘Fluency Customer Contact Suite’Created the architecture for the product plus, designed and implemented the call routing engine
