Throughout my career, I have held various senior positions, such as Vice President of Microstrategy Canada (NASDAQ: MSTR - 3200 employees), a business analytics and Blockchain/Bitcoin company, and at Macquarie Group (ASX: MQG) - an International Investment Bank based in Australia, with 23,500 employees. Additionally, I have been associated with companies like Westbridge (acquired by IBM) and Mercantile United, among others.Aside from my corporate roles, I am actively involved in other ventures. I am the Managing Principal of OxbowRidge, a consultancy firm that invests in early-stage and start-up ventures while promoting best practices. I am also associated with Lorne Daniel Associates Ltd., a laser cosmetics company since 2009.My true passion lies in executing growth and branding strategies for start-ups, emerging companies, and large corporate expansions. I achieved a remarkable accomplishment by repositioning a "25-year-old startup" SQL Power Group, from a niche consulting company into a significant and highly profitable, globally integrated financial software organization. I also brought GE Capital ITS into the Financial Information Systems space (FIS) as the architect and single clear line of accountability for GE ITS' debut project - the City of Toronto's enterprise wide Financial Information System build out.
