As a Financial Analyst in the investment research division, developed DCF models and analysis of US Food and Retail stocks; as well as being responsible for a price-tracking database where we would monitor price gaps between the most important retailers and publish this data on a monthly basis. The role involved updating a lagging database and automate it to a point where it would take 1/10th of the time it took previously to update. Additionally, would participate in Quarterly Earnings calls and its further followup. As a Real Estate Project Manager focused on developing individual housing projects, where I would oversee planning, design, construction and sales. Main tasks were payroll, supplier relationship and handling a work-team of over 20 people from different countries.
