I am currently a customer service representative with the City of Coral Gables. I graduated from FIU in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and am also a certified personal trainer under the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). My work experiences include childcare, fitness instruction, food service, and customer service. I began my first job in 2018 as a camp counselor for the City of Coral Gables. Some years later, I resigned and went on to work at Papa John's as a Delivery Driver, where I spent most of my time delivering orders and the rest performing various other tasks in the store. Two months later, I was hired as a fitness instructor and fitness center attendant by the contracted fitness center supervisor at the Coral Gables War Memorial Youth Center. After my employer parted ways with the city in April 2022, I began working in the registration office of that same building as a guest service representative. Here, I would spend my hours creating member accounts, registering customers for our myriad of youth programs, and providing information on any particular program customers had in mind. Much of the time I would also be performing transactions for pavilion rentals at the various city parks.
