• Spearheaded the divestiture of the group’s clinical research line of business.
• Reduced headcount by 40% saving the company over $5M annually. This was done by task consolidation and the reduction in force.
• Reengineered sales force compensation to provide a performance-based plan tied to company objectives.

• Architected the process of simplifying the finance organizational structure, standardizing process, and centralized transaction across 6 geographically dispersed business units and the corporate office. Managed at team.
