I’m a well-rounded marketer relentless in my pursuit to drive results from creative and strategic marketing. Throughout my career, I've been trusted with business challenges and became a go-to strategist and confidant of the executive team. I have the vision, work ethic, passion and qualities needed to lead a marketing division. Until 2023, I worked for the same company for over 12 years, earning opportunities to progress in my career from an entry-level marketing manager to a Sr. level Marketing Director. Early on in my career, I quickly became recognized and known for my ability to rebuild broken programs into successful business strategies and/or take what started as just an idea, run with it and figure out how to translate it into an opportunity for the business. As a marketing manager, I gained invaluable experience in all facets of the business. While I was initially hyper focused on customer retention and digital engagement, my versatility enabled me to extend my responsibilities to include managing our customer loyalty program, brand/awareness marketing, PR strategy, content marketing and customer data/segmentation strategy (customer lifetime value, digital platform usage, etc.).Post-merger (the first time), an opportunity opened up to extend my impact even further. I joined the first corporate marketing department which supported B2B functions (including a new National Advertising team) and consumer marketing efforts - enabling me to use both my sales background and consumer marketing background to spearhead marketing strategy for various million dollar initiatives for the organization. I acted as the creative director, marketing director and data/analytics “team” while account managing the various stakeholders I supported, most of which were C-level.The visibility paired with the results derived from the strategies I built earned me the opportunity to be a Director. I continued to get challenged with new projects - creating an employer value proposition, standing up an e-commerce site, curating content via video storytelling, the list goes on. Now, I am able to bring my skill set to a rapidly growing local marketing agency, using my superpowers to ensure the success and retention of my clients while producing extraordinary work delivered with joy. Outside of work, I am busy parenting a future CEO and building memories with friends and family. I volunteer for the local school’s PTO and affiliated recreation program as much as I can to invest in the future scholars and athletes in my community.
