I was primarily a drafter and surveyor in the Marine Corps. It is best compared to an architectural engineer. I also worked in the Combat Operations Center. Tasks include: •Provide superb customer service for 7 ever changing commodities within our unit.•Sometimes simultaneously, complete multiple tasks for those commodities with a 100 percent success rate.•Corrected, revised, and disbursed over a half dozen requests per week, at times double that amount.•Analyzed patterns and implemented techniques to better service and stay on top of the many requests coming through our office on a weekly basis.•Keep a record of all requests in a file on the computer and a physical copy in the office.I served 4 honorable years before leaving the military. Then rejoined in in 2020 to add 2 more years of honorable service.
