With over 25 years of experience in education leadership, I have a proven track record of enhancing organizational performance, meeting strategic initiatives, boosting results and outcomes, steering finances, and building strong teams and systems. My mission is to foster academic success and inclusion for all students, especially those from diverse and marginalized backgrounds. I have facilitated the development and implementation of multi-year strategic plans, equity audits, and critical initiatives around hiring and retaining diverse employees, creating inclusive spaces, and improving instructional methodology. I have been recognized as the Massachusetts Middle School Principal of the Year, a National Association of Secondary School Principals Executive Board Member, and an Outstanding Eagle Scout.
