Temporary Staffing for long term billing clean up project at Princess Cruises which led to permanent hire.Serves Princess Cruises and P&O Australia brands with primary responsibility to audit, correct and process Port Operations Invoices for the region of Europe Exotics, US Coastal and Asia. Carefully reviews and analyzes each invoice to ensure actual costs are in line with costs reported in the port cost database and any deviation from the plan is justified by an operational requirement. Performs scheduled port audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy for all cost items submitted by port agents into the port cost database. Accurately provides accruals for all port related costs during financial month-end close and proactively contacts port agents for disbursements outstanding more than 60 days. Provides administrative assistance to the Port Cost Manager to update any forecast changes to the budget based on actual cost trends and assists with detailed annual budget planning process for Port Operations.
