Responsible for day to day registrations and admissions functions of the emergency department, patient access and outpatient areas, adults and pediatrics, performing duties including, registering all patients in the medical center, maintaining patient databases inputting accurate demographics and insurances, answer and screen calls providing information and directing calls to appropriate areas of the medical center, interviewing patients via telephone and in person for admissions, completing admissions packets, escorting patients, working closely with other hospitals and clinics throughout the county, working with off-site campuses, precertification, authorizations, utilizing various eligibility systems to verify insurance information, such as: verbal phone calls, websites, automated systems and HDX, EPIC, CISCO, MRIS and INVISION, enter DRG codes, handle confidential information, HIPPA compliant, mobile bedside registrations in the emergency department, communication with doctors to get patients admitted, communications with patients and their families

Handled all daily secretarial operations including processing listings, set-up of client profiles, mapping and demographics of properties, entering property data via the internet to multiple listing sites, prepared documents for title company, proofreading, editing, created flyer's, detail to client inquiries as well as potential clients, extensive data entry, multi-line phones, record keeping, bookkeeping, filing authorized notary.

Negotiated price quotes on all panelboard types (PRL's 1,2,3 and 4), processed and engineered incoming orders, technical support to field sales and customers, assisted distributors with pricing, scheduled work orders for production, prepared month end and weekly reports, invoicing, accounts payable maintained personnel records, payroll, attendance records, vacation, sick leave, etc., conducted morning meetings for the weeks schedules, handled reservations of visiting clients, obtained bids for most efficient and affordable office equipment, leases, setup training and installation of new equipment
